The church which we get the salvation is true church.
How could we choose the true church? Our
decision should be based on the Bible.
You know, there are numerous denominations
and churches around the world. Then which church should we choose among them?
We must find a church which follows the teachings of Jesus.
World Mission Society Church of God(WMSCOG)
follows all the teachings of Jesus Christ.
First, the Church of God observes the
Passover of the New Covenant established by Jesus.
“The time is coming,” declares the LORD,
“when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of
Judah (Jeremiah 31:31)
And he said to them, “I [Jesus] have
eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer… In the same way,
after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup [The Passover wine] is the
new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you. (Luke 22:15-20)
The prophet Jeremiah prophesied that God
Himself would make a new covenant. And this prophecy was fulfilled by Jesus: He
established the New Covenant Passover and He said, “I have eagerly desired to
eat this Passover.” However, no churches except the World Mission Society
Church of God keep the New Covenant Passover today.
And the Church of God observes the Sabbath
of the New Covenant. Many Christians say that we do not need to keep the
Sabbath because the Law has been abolished. It’s true that the Law of Moses was
abolished and we must not follow it. However, Jesus established the Law of
Christ or the New Covenant and set an example. (For this topic, please refer to
this webpage.)
I [Jesus] have set you an example that you
should do as I have done for you. (John 13:15)
He [Jesus] went to Nazareth, where he had
been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his
custom. And he stood up to read… (Luke 4:16)
Jesus set us an example by keeping the
Sabbath day [Saturday in our current calendar system] as His custom. The
disciples and apostles also followed Jesus’ example and kept the Sabbath day.
As his custom was, Paul went into the
synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures,
explaining and proving that the Christ had to suffer and rise from the dead…
(Acts 17:2-3)
Some claim that the Sabbath day changed to
Sunday after the Crucifixion. Is it true? Paul, who became the apostle after
Jesus’ Crucifixion, also kept the Sabbath day as his custom. So their claim is
just an excuse and is not true. The Sunday Service was introduced from a pagan
religion and is not based on the Bible.
Since the New Covenant disappeared during
the Dark Ages, it’s prophesied that Christ is to appear a second time (Hebrews
9:28.) Christ Ahnsahnghong restored all truths which had been destroyed by
Satan. Today, only the World Mission Society Church of God observes the New
Covenant based on the Bible.
How can we get the salvaion? Every answer is in the bible. So we have to find the right church testified by the bible. It must be the chruch of god. Real place with God the father and god the mother.
